The human face it what connects each and everyone of us to one another. Whether it be a raised eyebrow, a burrowed forehead, a cold stare, or a subtle smirk, an emotion is communicated, a secret is shared. The face fascinates me and inspires my journey as an artist.
Clay is the medium I choose to work with. Its qualities lend itself to self exploration. I find the clay to be moist and supple in my hands, responding to every push and pull, leaving a direct imprint in my work.
